Fact Finder Report

Dear Cold Spring Harbor Community,

 

We are writing to provide an update regarding the Fact Finder Report (“report”) prepared by an independent fact finder appointed by the New York State Public Employment Relations Board, Mr. Thomas Linden. The Board of Education (“BOE”) is pleased to share the report, which is LINKED HERE for your review.

 

The BOE has carefully reviewed and analyzed the report. We believe the findings and recommendations are consistent with our student centered proposals while fairly compensating our faculty. As has been the case throughout this process, the District’s negotiating team remains ready to meet with the Harbor Teachers Association (“HTA”) to find a mutually agreeable resolution.
