CSH Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) 2027-2028
Families who are interested in having their child(ren) attend the Cold Spring Harbor (CSH) Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) Program during the 2027–2028 school year must submit a UPK Lottery Application. Children who turn 4 years of age on or before December 1, 2027, and who are residents of the Cold Spring Harbor Central School District are eligible to participate in the CSH UPK Lottery. The application window opens on Friday, November 13, 2026, and closes on Friday, December 11, 2026 at 4:00 PM. No applications will be accepted after the deadline. The UPK Lottery Application will be available on the district’s website once the application window opens.
The UPK Lottery Drawing will be held on Thursday, January 7, 2027, at 2:00 PM at the District Office. All interested families are welcome to attend.
*Please note: There are no exceptions to the December 1 age cutoff. Children eligible for kindergarten are not eligible for UPK.
