WS Colonial Day Tin Lanterns

Lloyd Harbor & West Side School continued their Colonial Day celebrations this fall by making tin lanterns and cross stitching under the tutelage of educator, Joan McGee, from Preservation Long Island. Students also had the opportunity to visit the Lloyd Manor House learning how Colonists spied during the Revolution, and what it was like to live during this Colonial era as they stepped back in time.
