Creative Learning Lab
Students at Goosehill are thrilled to be back in the Creative Learning Lab (CLL), as the door reopened this fall after nearly two years of shutting down the former STEAM room due to the pandemic. Once again the space is home to a myriad of creativity, imagination, engineering challenges, science experiments and more! The space allows for both indoor and outdoor learning yielding future engineers and budding scientists thanks to Library Media Specialist, Marissa Urso, who constantly challenges her students to think outside the box. Here, first graders can be seen learning all about patterns and cycles in nature and the phases of the moon and the moon itself. After doing some research on PebbleGo, an online database, students participated in a sensory activity where they created the phases of the moon out of Model Magic. Welcome back to the Creative Learning Lab Goosehill!
