Students at Goosehill had the opportunity to visit The Tilles Center concert hall on the campus of LIU Post University in Brookville to watch the production of “Rainbow Fish.” This student matinee adaptation of the beloved storybook by Marcus Pfister enchanted our youngest with innovative puppetry, music and striking scenic effects. This award-winning storyline is about a fish who learned to share – and the kids loved watching this favorite book come to life!

Students also visited the Heckscher Museum, and had the opportunity to explore many works of art, guided by docents who educate through conversation, literacy skills and imagination. Students create their own artwork inspired by what they learned! CSHCSD is so blessed to have this museum and these collaborations in our very own neighborhood!
