Regeneron International Science & Engineering Fair (ISEF) Milan Lustig Wins 3rd place

On May 17th, 2024 in Los Angeles — The Society for Science announced Grand Awards of Regeneron ISEF 2024. Student winners are 9-12 graders who earned the right to compete by winning a top prize at a local, regional, state or national science fair. 1,700 students from 70 countries competed in 22 categories at this year's ISEF. Regeneron’s commitment to STEM education includes robust internship and mentoring programs, and continues to be named one of the “most innovative companies in the world” by Forbes magazine.
Junior, Milan Lustig earned a Third Place Award sponsored by Microsoft in the Systems Software category for his work “A Configurable Compiled Programming Language With Integrated Transpilation.” Finalists are selected for their commitment to innovation in tackling challenging scientific questions, using authentic research practices and creating solutions to the problems of tomorrow, and receive a monetary award. At the May Board of Education meeting, Milan was also the recipient of the Junior Book Award from Harvard University, and well the University of Rochester Xerox Award for Innovation and Information Technology. These prestigious awards are a testament to your dedication and commitment to excellence in your academic journey, and we are certain your future as a role model and innovative leader will see many more accomplishments and inspire others in the years ahead!
