School Improvement teams were established by the New York State Education Department in 1994.  The purpose of each School Improvement Team (SIT) is to improve the educational experience of all students through the collaborative participation of team members.  Serving as a member of a School Improvement Team is an important way to be involved in our school(s) and to contribute to student achievement.
