Starting Monday, July 6, 2020, we will start the upgrade to the new Microsoft email web system. The new email system will provide additional functions and security for users. Staff will access email the same way as we do now (https://owa.csh.k12.ny.us). The conversion process will take a few weeks to complete. Please notes that everyone cannot be converted on the same day. Email functions during the conversion process will not be interrupted. The staff that uses the outlook program on a school computer will not see a difference with this interface. The staff that accesses email via a native phone app will need to re-add their account to the app (below are instructions for re-adding) on their phone. To help with the upgrade process, please delete unwanted emails (including deleting the contents of your deleted mailbox). Below are resources to help with the process. The larger your mailbox is, the longer it will take for all of your emails, calendar events, and contacts to sync back to your device.
