The Cold Spring Harbor Junior High Student Council is an organization conducted by students and supervised by teacher advisors.  The purpose of the student council is to give students an opportunity to develop leadership skills by organizing and executing school activities and service projects.  In addition to planning events that contribute to school spirit and community welfare, the Junior High Student Council is the voice of the 7^th and 8^th grade student body.  Student Government members help share student ideas, interests and concerns with the school-wide community.
