Chromebook insurance is available for the 2024-2025 school year
Every year, 4th, 7th, and 10th graders will receive a NEW Chromebook to work with for three years.
Students in grade 7 (for 24-25) will pick up their Chromebooks at the Summer Orientation/BBQ on October 26th. Students in Grade 10 (for 24-25) will exchange their units on August 26th or during the first week of school. 4th grade students (for 24-25) receive their Chromebooks in homeroom during the first week of school.
Jr./Sr HS students can bring their Chromebooks to the HS Library for repair during the school year. Students with insurance will have all accidental damage repaired free of charge. Students without insurance will need to pay to fix or replace broken Chromebooks. An older model Chromebook will be loaned to students during the repair process. Most repairs will take 1–2 weeks. 4th and 5th graders will work with their teacher if their Chromebook is damaged.
STUDENTS ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO PURCHASE INSURANCE.

- Students in grades 4, 7, and 10 keep their new Chromebook unit for three years and can purchase a one, two, or three-year plan.
- Students in grades 5, 8, and 9 keep their current Chromebooks for the next two years and can purchase a one or two-year plan.
- Students in grades 9 and 12 keep their current Chromebooks for one year and can purchase a one-year plan.
The insurance covers all accidental damage to the unit.
