Program Information:

Jazz Band: There is a Jr. High Jazz band open to 7th and 8th-grade band, piano, bass, and guitar students; and a Sr. High Jazz band open to 9th-12th grade band, piano, bass and guitar students.  The jazz bands rehearse once a week before school and perform at jazz and pop concerts in the middle and end of the year.  In the jazz band, students will have the chance to play different repertoires.  Please visit Mr. Chiarello's website for more information.

Chamber Singers is open to 9th-12th grade singers.  The chamber singers meet once a week after school and perform at jazz and pop concerts in the middle and end of the year as well as for the holidays.  Chamber singers focus on pop and Broadway repertoire.  Please visit Mr. Beja's website for more information. 

Pit Orchestra: The pit orchestra for the Sr. High Musical is open to band and orchestra students in 9th-12th grade.  The pit orchestra for the Jr. High is also open to 7th and 8th-grade students along with the High School students.  The pit orchestras rehearse twice a week for approximately a month prior to the shows.  The music is very advanced and pit orchestra is recommended for highly motivated students only.  Students receive community service for performing in the pit orchestras.  Please visit Mr. Chiarello's website for more information.

Music Club: The Music Club encompasses Brass Ensemble, String Ensemble, Woodwind Ensemble, Symphony Orchestra, Writing, and Recording Music.  The club is open to all students in 9th-12th grade, however, each ensemble may be subject to other requirements.  

Musical Productions: The Sr. High Musical production is open to all students in 9th-12th grade, and the Jr. High Musical production is open to all students in 7th and 8th grade.  Students must audition and be accepted for a part in the productions.  Once accepted, the students will work collaboratively with the director, vocal director, choreographer, and pit orchestra director to put on a show.  Please visit the director's website for more information.
